Langkawas...I dug up some from my garden to use in my curry. Lovely colors!

Hi H! Nice blog. I didn't imagine a newly uprooted langkawas looks like this. I only buy the ones in the market, peeled off for my "sinamak".

Aside from sinamak, where else do you use langkawas? I just bought a bunch even if I don't know how to use it.
